The Kodava Farmer’s in Coorg grow the coffee in a natural shade-grown ecosystem under the Canopy of wild tress, frequently visited by wildlife from the surrounding forests.

As shade grown coffee is slower to ripen, it often provides a more complex and flavourful taste profiles.
